Our Norfolk team is here for you! For those who prefer to stay home, or who are unable to attend in-person services at our satellite office, we can provide remote couple and family resilience training services.  TeleFOCUS allows you to connect with your FOCUS Resilience Trainer online using Zoom. All you need is a web cam and internet-connected computer (mobile devices are not recommended). Please contact our office to set up your appointment!

Active duty service members and their families are encouraged to sign up for family or couple level resilience training in readiness for whatever tomorrow may bring.  Our interactive resilience training is targeted to your goals and builds on your existing strengths.

We are open for in-person sessions, by appointment, and follow all current installation safety guidelines.

Masks are no longer required for in-person sessions.
