FOCUS Whidbey Island is currently telecommuting due to COVID-19. You can reach us at  360-257-8043.

Did you know that Families OverComing Under Stress (FOCUS) is available at a distance? FOCUS Whidbey Island would like you to know that while we may not be physically in the office, we are still here for you! We can provide our same quality services from a distance through TeleFOCUS – all that is needed is to have access to a computer with a webcam! FOCUS provides consultations and personalized training for individuals, families, and couples, teaching practical skills to help the Whidbey Island community feel prepared to meet the challenges of military life such as transitions, injury and stress, including stress and uncertainty associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Please help spread the word about how we can support families or relationships during challenging times through our free, confidential and interactive program. For more details reach out to us at WI@focusproject.org! We cannot wait to hear from you!

April Tip of the Month from FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress):

April is here and this is no fool’s joke!  It’s time to start planting seeds, not only in your gardens but in your hearts, minds, and family.  In the FOCUS program, we help families take their seeds of hope and inspiration and turn them into goals.   Just as seeds need soil, water, and sun to flourish, your goals need planning, motivation, and hard work. Come see us at FOCUS to learn how to let your goals take shape and your ideas bloom. Don’t just get by, get stronger!
