We are here for you!

Active duty service members and their families are encouraged to sign up for individual family or couple resilience training to be prepared for future challenges.  Our interactive resilience training is targeted to your goals and builds on your existing strengths.  

We are available for in-person sessions by appointment at Kelley, Panzer or Robinson Barracks.

TeleFOCUS virtual sessions are also available and allow you to connect with your FOCUS Resilience Trainer online using Zoom. All you need is a webcam and internet connected computer (mobile devices are not recommended). A good option for geographically separated couples or families.
