We are here for you!

Active duty service members and their families are encouraged to sign up for family or couple level resilience training in readiness for whatever tomorrow may bring.  Our interactive resilience training is targeted to your goals and builds on your existing strengths.

We are open for in-person sessions, by appointment, and follow all current installation safety guidelines.

We can’t wait to have you visit us – but want to keep you safe! Please remember:

  • Wear a mask. Masks are required, according to base protocol, in all FOCUS offices.
  • If you feel sick, stay home – we are happy to reschedule or conduct a TeleFOCUS VTC session.
  • Stay 6 feet apart from FOCUS Staff; our office is set up to accommodate social distancing.
  • Only immediate family members are allowed to join for the in-person FOCUS Sessions.

TeleFOCUS virtual sessions are also available and allow you to connect with your FOCUS Resilience Trainer online using Zoom. All you need is a webcam and internet connected computer (mobile devices are not recommended). Learn more about TeleFOCUS:

Please contact our office for more information or to set up your appointment!
